Build also has wireless pad support so no more wired controllers needed. Release notes: This version of snes9x fixes the ticking sound problem and also swaps the B & A buttons around. I tried the last version of bsnes/higan with the balanced/performance profiles (v0.98) and of course it doesn't support that feature. The D-pad is a very strange one, if your going to use this for emulation make sure you enable and map the diagonal inputs (snes9x) so the D-pad works like a actual D-Pad, otherwise just use the stick, personally I think its alright, its not the best thing ever but it feels better than the extremely tactile one on the Xbox One controller. A new version of Snes9x Gx (SNES emulator) for Xenon/v1 Xbox 360 consoles using the JTAG Xell Hack has been released. I tried the latest version of bsnes/higan and it did support that feature, but my computer just isn't powerful enough to run the accuracy profile (the only profile available in current versions) without obnoxious audio problems. I tried SNES9x, and it doesn't appear to support mapping multiple buttons to the same input. Here's where things get tricky: I would like to be able to use both the analog stick (which is ideal for running around) and the D-pad (which is perfect for navigating menus) on the controller. Naturally I would prefer to use a controller rather than keyboard/mouse, so I grabbed my trusty 360 controller.

XBOX CONTROLLER SNES9X SOFTWARE
It uses the emulation backend from Snes9x and is built on top of the Imagine engine and is a Game Emulator in the Gaming Software category. I was in the mood to play Chrono Trigger again and rather than put up with the disc loading times on my PS1 Final Fantasy Chronicles version, I figured I would just use an emulator. Snes9x EX is described as SNES/Super Famicom emulator written in C++ for Android, iOS, WebOS and Linux.
